I don't know if it's because I'm getting older but sometimes my legs do get painful and I worry a little bit about blood clots and what not. I suppose raising your legs above your heart is good at helping the blood flow back to the rest of your body but yeah, this is something that is on my mind more often than not.

I'll try to find a hidden corner or a larger lav where I can stretch my legs out to get the blood to circulate better... I don't want to raise my legs up and end up with my picture on this thread.
Medical support stockings works wonders on long flights and will cause less embarrassment for you
