On 767s, the forward cabin is good for window alignments. Assuming you want a well positioned window to look out of, then Rows 2, 4, 6 and 8 all have what I'd call "optimal" window positioning.

Yes, and sometimes rows further back depending on how busy they expect the flight to be (and the number of GCHs they expect to carry, which varies by route!)
