Sorry to bring this topic up again, but I just wanted to check something in regards to the rows blocked until T-72 for GCH.

I know that row 1 is blocked, but is row 2 sometimes also blocked?

I have tried looking through various threads for the answer to this, but couldn't find a definitive answer.
