Serve reps definitely don't know what they are talking about. I had 2 encounters with them last month where they couldn't even answer questions about their products. Plus I had gone over the monthly $10k limit by mistaken (transferring money) and the rep didn't even think to check it when I had issues with reloading. It wasn't until an hour or so later that I figured it out on my own.
