I think I did something stupid

I knew LAN doesn't permit lap infants in business class, so I booked an economy award with a lap child using avios. After some additional reading, I realized LAN doesn't issue tickets for a lap child at all on award bookings. But if my ticket was issued by BA, is LAN going to deny boarding and make me purchase a separate seat at the airport?

Unfortunately there are no additional seats available with points on the flights we are on.
