Is it considered an "eligible" flight or not?

I have an American Airlines voucher for $800 and want to redeem it on the ZRH-JFK route. Currently at 390 TP and 2 eligible flights. Looking to make it to Silver by Jan 8 (need 210TP and 2 more BA flights).
Therefore trying to maximize TP on this, but must take AA64 (JFK-ZRH) on the way back. Ideally I would book a US codeshare flight on AA metal, but the website doesn't do that. So the question is I guess, is an AA flight operated by BA an eligible flight. My guess would be no, but maybe someone has good news.
