Agreed. CIBC/TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege should also be considered.

It comes with 6 worldwide lounge passes (that allows 1 guest) through Airport Angel plus a few MLL passes when you're flying on an Aeroplan reward ticket. Additional entry is US$27 after the first 6.

You also get 1 free checked bag on AC too.

Not familiar with the TD version but CIBC's Aerogold Visa Infinite Privilege has better travel insurance coverage than the Amex The Platinum.
