Unless you're willing to fly strictly AC on Flex fares and go for some kind of status, then I'd choose the priority pass, because then you're a free agent and can fly either AC or WS.
I may choose to fly Premium Economy when on AC, that gives me all the perks I need (without chasing status) and can access the lounge on a fee basis.
