There's a few factors here:
3. As mentioned before: CX251 does have Night Jet Movement approval to land before 0600LT. However, when the flight plan time indicates that CX251 will land within 10 minutes of 0600LT, the flight is proactively delayed to arrive AFTER this time. This enables CX254 (last of the night departures) to depart LHR after the curfew comes into effect in the case of delays etc.
Makes sense for them to do this as throughout the year CX254 is forced to depart after curfew. So When CX251 is arriving late after 6am or close to 6am is makes sense to delay its arrival until after 6am. Hadn't thought about that. Of course once the clocks go back CX251 will be arriving very early
