As noted on the
KVS Tool Homepage,
[Avaialbility/FS] and
[Availability/ETR] Engines have been recently de-commissioned.
Regular Availability is now accessible via the
[Availability/GTC] Method, as well as the
KVS Tool Mobile Companion.
There have been no changes to Award/Upgrade Availability.
