While I agree that the odds of getting ebola on a plane in the US are very slim (I'm flying JFK to SFO tomorrow without a second thought about it), I disagree with the comparison to the flu. While the flu kills more people, its mortality rate is much lower. If you are a healthy adult you have very little chance of dying from the flu. That is not true of ebola...and that is the part that is scary.
