From my experience the intl f airlines are serving JW Blue as their premium scotch.

Using UA miles, I like ANA as they have a pretty unique selection "Suntory Whisky Hibiki
21 Years Old" and "Ballantine’s Limited". The Ballantine's one is so smooth.

Using AS miles, EK is excellent as well with Chivas Regal Royal Salute, Johnnie Walker blue and for single malt they have Glenfiddich 21 year.
