Have a question for those w/ the iPhone 6 (I'm in the right thread - it's a T-Mobile question too):
From what I understand, T-Mobile will unlock your phone for free after a 2 month probationary period.
In those countries where you data is slow, does anyone here just go buy a local SIM?
Also, is there any difference between an iPhone 6 bought via T-Mobile than an iPhone 6 bought via ATT? I ask because, with some phones, I read (paraphrasing): T-Mobile phones are made for different bands and don't have as wide a usability.
