I suspect it will be a hilton,possibly a Waldorf Astoria,given the current owners have a relationship with them already.
It's a sad move.
As for Dublin,it's actually rocking now.There are more people at work than at the height of the so called Celtic tiger.
Unemployment is still high but dropping.
There are now 3 carriers flying direct from DUB to London City airport and BA are doing so well they're increasing capacity again next summer.
Hotel room prices and occupancy are rising.
No I don't think it's business that's the problem here I'd imagine the owners want more margin out of what will be increasing business.
It's sad that they want to ditch four seasons management to do that.
Anytime I've been in,the Dublin four seasons has been busy,anecdotal I know.
