This is assuming that she is booked on a single JAX-ATL-MUC ticket and has checked in for both legs in JAX or done OLCI.

If she arrives in ATL at T-60 and has not yet checked in for ATL-MUC, could run into some issues, esp. if it takes any amount of extra time to taxi, deplane, etc.
