My apologies for any inconvenience. Have you downloaded the latest Apple IOS? If so, you might try removing the SPG app and then re-downloading it.

Hi,
Yes I already had the latest IOS software. As per your suggestion I deleted and redownloaded the SPG App. Upon attempting to sign back in, it crashed. Then crashed each time I tried to open it. I restarted the iphone, and tried again. It got to the main screen of the app and then consistently crashes.
