Look, clearly we still have an issue and I can only do so much to assure you guys that this is certainly not going unnoticed internally. It is one of the most prominent issues on our list of priorities, and we hear loud and clear the frustrations from not only you on here but also many other customers. It needs to be resolved, and it will be resolved. I mentioned it is a moving target and we strive for continuous improvement. We are putting a lot of pressure on ourselves, I promise you.
Do any of the obscenely overpaid executives at Ac actually take responsibility for their centers?
