You need to enter the route segment by segment on the calculator as detailed on the page:

Enter your trip according to the flights shown on your itinerary. For example for Edinburgh to JFK via London, enter Edinburgh to London then London to JFK.

Just ensure that you are booked in an eligible fare code, although I don't think any QR fare codes do not earn avios/TP's with BAEC.
