I have not arrived into Australia into MEL before - is there much distance to the Terminal that Virgin use .... i.e. is it walkable with bags or like SYD, do you need to do a bus/train transfer of sorts?

We are travelling Etihad paid Biz and they just asked me if we wanted to use the free Limo transfer but taking it from Itl to domestic seems pretty silly.
