Having done that transfer a good number of times, 2 hrs 30 min should be fine ... there won't be a lot of time to waste if the escalator shuffles and security dances are their normal aggravating stuff, but the bus from terminal to terminal is generally pretty efficient. All in might normally take about an hour.
