Depends on what you want in a location-proximity to the bathroom or galleys, being in the window or middle section, having your seat next to the aisle or away from the aisle, your relative position to the wing, etc. If you're traveling with someone then maybe two center seats against each other, if you're traveling alone perhaps one of the solo seats. I haven't flown the 380 and I don't know your preferences, so just take those things into consideration.
