To the OP....as said many times above, "no". And on a technical matter that cxfan1960 alludes to, you could never board from the BA F room (which is contained within the J lounge), you always boarded from the back of the BA J lounge.
Ah this thread reminds me what a downgrade it has been with CX building its own lounge at SFO in 2011.
Lounge boarding was the benefit of the BA lounge. By no means does noodle bar, shiny floors and a few TVs make up for (IMO) the significant downsizing of space - severe on a day with a full flight or more elites than usual - and the loss of lounge boarding. Am I missing something? Is there really a " wow" factor with the SFO noodle bar for people who don't fly CX too often or don't often visit Asia? I remember CX got some gushing print in a few tech blogs I read, they did some weird promotion with a social media site, but it's all style over substance. I might get some flak here but heck I prefer BAs offerings in JFK and ORD over SFO! And the QF J lounge in LAX. I can only imagine the QF F side will be significantly better.
The SFO lounge is one of CX's resounding 'fails' in my book. Principally bscause they had a better solution before with BA. I wonder if they got the economic benefits they were going for by building their own, because on the customer experience side it is a downgrade. Sometimes I find I come to rash opinions in the heat of the moment....but it has now been 3 years, I fly out of SFO many times a year, and my opinion of the "new" CX lounge is just as low as it was a few years ago. On numerous occasions passengers are sprawled out on the floor due to overcrowding. How is that acceptable as a normal occurence!? Would trade the noodle bar for the larger number of seats and lounge boarding of the BA lounge. It's not like either lounge has very appetizing food offerings.
