A Briggs and Riley U119X Baseline Commuter Expandable (18" x 14" x 7.5" / 45.7 x 35.6 x 19.0 cm) will not fit into the bins on an E145 - I tried that last week and had to gate check the bag. The 7/5 inch dimension is what nailed me and it was not even fully packed.
