Everytime I ask, they say its "traffic" but there were always airport taxis on arrival at T1. So, you can wait over 30 minutes for a taxi... or pay more for a fixed price taxi.... Not so sure the airline factored this into the passenger experience. Also, on departure, the Diplomat/APEC lane at emigration is used by everyone. Another delay not experienced at T1. The airline needs to takes steps to address this with Emigration. Have not used the CX lounge at T3 but I have used the SQ lounge at T3 and its Temporary and a poor experience as well..
