Are folks coming to the airport with hours to spare to go to a sitdown meal?
A lot of people tend to show up very early for flights. And some connections would also accommodate a sit-down meal.
Personally, while I don't go to airports for the restaurants, I will plan to eat there if the timing dictates it. For example, if I have an 8pm flight, I might just plan on dinner at the airport because doing otherwise would mean eating either early or late.
