Hi! Thanks for dropping by. Price wise, I think that ScootBiz is definitely much more worth it because of the seats and cabin privacy. However, I would very much prefer SQ because their food and service are more refined and their flight timings are significantly better than scoot. Anyways, for short to medium haul (the destinations that Scoot currently flies to), SQ Y would be suffice. Having said that, I do look forward to the new 789s that Scoot is introducing next year, the Biz seats look much more comfortable.
