With BA, unless I have a problem, I usually don't have particularly strong feelings either way. I don't find their CW product to be extraordinary, it does the job but is nothing special. I am yet to fly F on BA. When things go wrong, I tend to find the LGW and LHR staff very helpful and understanding, which makes all the difference. As seen in the other thread, staff can however make you feel quite unappreciated at times.

I know this is the BA board, but I generally find flying CX F/J much more enjoyable, but BA has the leg on GF long haul by a mile (the three airlines I frequent regularly).
