If you've 'paid' for Business, but are seated in economy for part of the journey due to lack of availability you can:
  • keep checking for Aeroplan availability before departure and if space become available you can grab the seat for no charge
  • waitlist for an upgrade during checkin on a standby basis. Note this only applies to AC operated flights.
