Switch car models to one lacking restrictions.

I ran into that a few years back when they gave me a clunker Mercedes which couldn't be driven into Italy (despite me telling them I was going to Italy). After being scolded by our German-speaking friends at length, they gave us a much-nicer Citroen which was fine to take to most of western Europe.
