if arriving by taxi, as opposed to public transport, consider The Stanwell in ... Stanwell. Just off the SW corner of LHR.

Not super-cheap, but cosy and convenient with a decent Restaurant and Bar. "Executive King" with Balcony/Patio c. £100 on advance booking rate
