Dear FTers,

I have always liked AF/KL and other than DL and recently AZ, they were the only reason I would stick to FB.

But now I have gotten substantially better service through SQ and a growing Oneworld, and to put it simply, I can only mantain top status with so many airlines.

So I have come to the sad conclusion I am leaving FB. I will still be Platinum for 2 years, since I have lots of rollover miles, but their lack of state-of-the-art Business Class accross the alliance (I would say only AZ has it) and the lack of partners in China and Oceania has led me to this decision.

The serious devaluation of FB over the years was also an issue. I guess that some last straw just broke the camel's back here.
