Did the "employee owners" have a couple of seats on the UA board because of the ESOP? If they did, kind of hard for them to cry that they weren't part of the cause for the debacle now known as United Airlines? Blaming management is fine and dandy, but if the ESOP had board representation, were the employee owners asleep at the wheel?
