I am pretty sure I've seen discusison on here that suggets / confirms that bags on s/h are loaded all-together so tags make no difference whilst on l/h they try to aim for different loading of different bags.

Think AA just attach AA PRIORITY labels on, thats what happened in the past.

and AA also print PRIORITY on the tag so it suggests it's more embedded into the electronic tagging of it than an extra tag added.
