Apologies for not reading your post correctly. On a a non avios booking for a change and you are gold the £30 service fee would be waived. In actual fact if a gold card number is present in a booking and we are able to quote using the automated way of doing this then it will automatically show no service fee in the price. You currently should only be charged fare and tax difference and any applicable fare penalties if you are gold.
