In more than 25 years as a frequent Four Seasons guest I found only one time where I felt complaining to head office management was useful and productive (involving Miami).
I used the website- contact us box and had a response within 48 hours.

Four Seasons may not be all things to all people- they are excellent though at communication and I find them one of the better choices for hotels.
