Can I ask LTN Phobia if there is anything she would actually care about if it were cut, so I can prepare the schadenfreude? Customers value different things from their Gold membership - I happen to enjoy the premium gin that BA previously offered in the lounge. I don't see why I should be any less concerned about BA downgrading that part of the offering than if they, for example, removed priority seating on domestics or something (which would affect me at most once a year.)
