This does not mean, in any way, that he was encouraging the trade, but some Japanese tour companies seemed to include this extra service in their 'packages', for their guests staying at the hotel.

I can't even start to imagine the transition from Le Meridien Bangkok to the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport.
