Look up the Wikipedia entries for the airports you'd like to fly to, and see which carriers fly there (and from where). Then look to see if any of those carriers partners with BA, UA, or any of their partners, as well as with any of Chase's UR airline partners (or partners of those airlines. (Chase has UR partners in each of the three major alliances. And individual airlines often have some non-alliance partners, as well.)
