I've spent a lot of time at the property this year, and it's very much a mixed bag as to what to expect - some stays very good, others have issues (door lock broken multiple times and stuck in room, package not mailed, etc). Fairly impressive amount of turnover at the hotel since the spring, including a new GM, but hopeful that they can get things straightened out and more consistent.
Some staff are great and very proactive, others clearly just going through the basic motions. Never had a problem getting Diamond benefits applied. Rooms are reasonably comfortable, albeit dark and some of them are showing some pretty heavy signs of wear. Internet speed varies highly based off of where you are in the building, and there is still no HD programming. Breakfast is good with a lot of food sourced from local purveyors, however there is zero variability aside from an omelet bar (which was a welcome addition). Parking is still $4/night - the garage is owned by the city and this is the discounted rate Hyatt provides. Good number of cardio machines in the gym, and I can't think of a time this year when I've noticed one out of order.
