I am not sure why all this extra fingerprinting stuff would be required. These lockers are past security correct? If someone manages to get a bomb past the screeners, they don't really need a locker to hide it.

Of course, this does present an opportunity for the tSA to spend more money they don't have and fatten the pockets of some government contractor.
