The Accor site seems as useful as a chocolate teapot. Under my reservations it is showing one that I cancelled weeks ago and failing to show the one I made in its place (also weeks ago). A stay booked through the website failed to get credited and when I attempted to sort it out was asked for copy of the original invoice (I tend not to keep these once the credit card statement is checked). Not my favourite progrsmme at present.
