Hi, new member here,

I'm lucky enough to be on sabbatical (unpaid so I'm on a shoestring budget) this year and want to travel in Southeast Asia starting in December. My home base is France, but I often travel from airports in other countries: ZRH,BSL,FRA, etc.

I have a small stash of miles (45k Avios, 40k United and 40k Chase) and while I can find flights to get to BKK, I'm wondering if it would be possible to combine flights to get to la Reunion, Fiji, Cook Islands, Tahiti, etc. I haven't managed to find anything for those.

Trying to figure this out before I waste miles on a simple one way.

Would be grateful for any ideas/suggestions you might have, both for booking strategies and cool destinations.
