So as a GM and you're flying through ICN, you should be able to use the KE lounge.

But in my case, I fly from HND to ICN. The lounge of KE in HND is a third-party lounge (JAL sakura lounge). Based on the delta website, I can't use it. However based on the skyteam website, if I fly skyteam parter (KE) as the elite+ member, I should be able to get access into the lounge in HND. Which is right ?
