Generally speaking, if you're a SkyTeam Elite+ flying on another SkyTeam airline, you will get access to SkyTeam AND partner airlines. For example, when I flew AZ last month, I got access to the generic BCN airport lounge, even though it's not a proper SkyTeam facility.
