I believe the rule is that if the lounge is operated by a SkyTeam partner, you (as a GM/PM/DM) can use it regardless of class of service. However, if the lounge is operated by a third party, then you can only access it if you are flying in a premium cabin.

So as a GM and you're flying through ICN, you should be able to use the KE lounge.
