I know that since this year, Delta stopped the third-party lounge access of gold medallions. But I am a little bit confused on the detail. My question is if I fly the other skyteam members, can I use the third-party lounge?

For example, if I fly with CI, KE, or MU from Haneda, Japan, can I use the lounge, even though in Haneda, all of these three skyteam members assign the JAL lounge as the lounge?
