I don't think anyone who has responded to this thread has claimed to be a legal expert and such comments really add nothing to the discussion.
An increasing number of MS avenues have been shut down recently and some people are angry about that. They lash out at whomever they perceive to be the reason for the shutdowns whether it be bloggers or noobs or whatever.

I think the implication is clear - businesses can choose to accept payment in whatever form they choose. If a business can choose to refuse to let you use a credit card for whatever random reason then they can decide to block a whole class of cards(i.e. Bancorp). I am sure WM would just say they are suspecting a lot of fraud with such cards and that will probably be that. Again I am not a lawyer but IMHO a. I don't see this going anywhere and b. I don't think any good will come of even attempting such a lawsuit.
