Hey all,
My GF is flying BOS-ORD on 12/24. Originally the flight was booked as AA 160.
She just forwarded me an email from 10/8 that said there was a schedule change. seems the flight number changed, not the times.
I logged into AA.com to make sure everything was ok. It is showing AA 160 being the flight she is booked on and the following line at the top:
Your reservation details cannot be retrieved at this time. This may be caused by changes made to the reservation outside of AA.com. Please contact AA Reservations.
We are unable to price your itinerary due to a schedule change. Please call AA Reservations for assistance.
Should I call reservations to make everything is ok? I had a issue with them in January, during the vortex they canceled me, put me back in for 5 different flights in First
, then eventually i got bumped.
So confused...
