I have used Bravo fly a few times in the past. Make sure you are redirected there through momondo.nl or skyscanner or the like - it will waive many of the booking fees.
From what I remember they actually send you an SMS with the e-ticket once issued. The one time I had a schedule change they sent me an email with the updated flight times. The times were fine for me so I didnt have to contact them. If you do need to contact them be aware: They only have support through a paid (6 euro/call on top of normal fees) support line.
Basically: The issuing of a simple ticket should be fine. Anything else..I would not count on them.
