There's no doubt that PH is better than GH in terms of hard and soft product, but it's not one of the top notch PHs that's worth going out of the way for. When I need to be north of the river, I'd never pick the PH, RC or ICs over GH or Westin -- getting around Seoul in traffic is too much of a nightmare.
